Manufacturers View

Complete dietetic pet food for adult cats for the dissolution of struvite stones and the reduction of struvite stone recurrence with urine acidifying properties and low level magnesium.

  • With St/Ox urinary security to reduce the risk of urinary struvite and oxalate crystals and stone formation
  • Promote dissolution of urinary struvite stones
  • Moderate calorie to help maintain ideal body weight

PURINA VETERINARY DIETS UR St/Ox is an appetizing & nutritionally complete clinical diet for cats, expertly formulated to treat common Feline Lower Urinary Tract Diseases (FLUTD). Feline UR is carefully designed to encourage a more acidic urine, helping not only to dissolve struvite and oxalate kidney stones, but to also prevent them from reoccurring.

Both the wet and dry formulas are designed to stimulate your cat into drinking more fluids, helping to further dilute the concentration of minerals and irritants in their urine. And because cats with FLUTD can feel especially delicate and may lose their appetite, Feline UR is specially tailored to be mouth wateringly delicious, ensuring the cooperation of your furry patient.

Please note, PURINA VETERINARY DIETS UR St/Ox is not suitable for pregnant queens, growing kittens, cats suffering from chronic renal failure, or cats with fluids  retention such as ascites and oedema.

A huge help!

by -

Sadly our Dexter has experienced some urinary problems. Special food was recommended full time for him. It is super expensive directly from the vets. Found it here - couldn't be easier. Super quick delivery. Decently priced too!

Purina Urinary wet cat food

My cat is a fussy eater, but he's seems to like this Purina salmon/chicken food, after years of being on the Royal Canin urinary food, which he has gone off. The Purina is much cheaper, the only down side is the Purina only has 85g in the packet instead of 100g.
