Hermes delivery a nightmare but thanks to very hellpful VetShop staff we did eventually receive the order (piecemeal). Price marked down because advertised, which looks very good initially, does not include 20% VAT or shipping charge.
Great food at a good price

Quick turn round and prompt delivery. My dog absolutely loves this, having struggled with colitis for a while. I expected that the cost of a specialist product like this and was pleased that the price was lower than on Amazon (& I'd prefer to support a smaller business anyway). Thank you.
