How does it work?
ProDen PlaqueOff® is made from a special seaweed, harvested along the North Atlantic coast. Approved by the Veterinary Oral Health Council*, it works through the bloodstream, releasing a natural compound into the saliva that breaks down the bacterial film on teeth which plaque sticks to.

Feeding Guide
When feeding Canagan for the first time we suggest you introduce gradually over a week. On day one mix 25% Canagan with 75% of the previous food, on day three make it 50% of each, day five is 75% Canagan, working up to 100% Canagan on day seven.
If the dog is overweight, reduce food intake by 10%. If the dog looks underweight increase food intake by 10%. Continue until the correct weight is achieved. Always ensure there is clean drinking water available.

Reviewed this back in February. Continue to see improvements in breath and teeth. Did have two dogs enjoying Canagan but sadly lost our Bichon aged over 15! So now only a 10yr old Jack Russell enjoying and as others have said a 6kg bag does last a good while. All Canagan we have used has been excellent its worth the money. Still receiving great service from Petshop! Thanks to all.

My dogs love the canagan range of foods particularly the chicken and turkey and an added bonus the turkey one contains plaque off. Petshop.co.uk sent us out order out extremely quickly, was very well packaged and a great price. Would definitely use petshop.co.uk again for future orders and would highly recommend.

Bought this to help after a visit to Vet for Dental Work! Early days but think it is helping to clean teeth and freshen breath and both dogs enjoy food. Canagan is a great food whichever variety and usual great service from Pershop!

Complete trust in this product. Good quality, grain free with the added benefit of looking after my dogs teeth. I have very small, mini breed and the small size of the kibble is perfect for them. Clean bowls every every meal time, and my girls are very fussy eaters. Not the cheapest of the top end products but worth it in my opinion.

I have a little gang of 9 Chihuahuas. The breed often suffers mouth and teeth problems. I was delighted when I spotted this brand. My dogs love it. Time will tell how effective it is, but I have high hopes.

I have used canagan in the past so know how good it is . Ollie is suffering with quite bad plaque build up so hoping this will help. It’s too early to say yet but what I can say is he’s very happy to be back on this superb food . He looks forward to meal time’s and savours his food . Yes it’s not the cheapest but as the saying goes You get what you pay for. He’s happy and settled can’t ask for anymore . I will continue to buy this product . The service really was first class ! We've used PlaqueOff because our tiny dogs have notoriously difficult teeth to brush and keep clean. It's really helpful that the PlaqueOff is included in this food as it saves us from having to purchase it separately and then include it during feeding. So far their breath has noticeably sweeter, although remains to be seen whether the plaque will actually improve.
