I find this food works well for my dogs and a ok price as we need to be careful as we run a rescue so funds are always short... And delivery is good.

For the actual product it is a 5* review. My dogs sensitive tummy issues have been reversed almost overnight after changing his food so all good there. Your delivery service was not so good. Had an email from DHL saying they would give me an hourly delivery slot the next day, this did not happen. I had left specific instructions as to where to leave the parcel should I be out as advised on the website. I was in all day and thought I would check the tracking number around 5pm only to see that it had been delivered 45mins earlier in "a secure location" Assuming this was by the back door as requested I was surprised not to see the parcel there but to find it at the bottom of my drive on the side of the road where it could just have picked up by a passing vehicle! That's just lazy couriers and I hope The Pet Shop maybe looks into their delivery service because it would put me off using them again.

Addition to review just submitted. I realised that saying ‘issues resolved...’ might give the impression that there are often issues. I’ve had one, which was a confusion, partly of my making. But, as I said, it was sorted without hassle.

I started buying this because (despite his physical appearance) our Thor is a sensitive soul- tummy and skin. This was good price for quality. At first we were feeding it with Butchers sensitive, but still problems. My son decided to change to this only, as Thor ate it happily. Things improved from there; especially in terms of ‘what goes in, must come out’. But also less skin issues. Bottomless bowl is great because takes hassle away. Saving is a bonus. Always good communication and issues dealt with promptly and courteously.

My 2 girls absolutely love their Burgess Sensitive Turkey & Rice Dog Food....Bonnie, my 8 yr old English Pointer has been on this AMAZING food since she was just over a year......She had bad tums since we picked her up at 8 weeks...she'd have bad tums for 2 weeks. then 2 weekis clear...Our Vet was flummaxed, we spent hundreds on tests & tried every food....I then went into Southern Aquatics in Poole, Dorset & saw the Burgess food & bought a small bag..Within her 1st month being on this food, Bonnie's tummy probs all disappeared & her Orange markings went darker....You cannot believe the relief we all felt...Bonnie is now a beautiful lovely 8 yr old.... Daisie, our 2 yr old Border Collie is now on this & she looks fab on it too......xx

Good quality food, we have an 11 year old Old English Sheepdog whose owner has died and he has come to us, thankfully he loves his food!
