Happy senior

by -

My senior French bulldog really enjoyed the taste and shape and size of the kibble. It meant he ate his food slowly due to having to properly chew the bigger bits of kibble. I observed him chewing much longer then before and this is probably due to the bigger kibble sizes . I am glad because normally he eats very fast which is not really healthy. I also love the fact that there is prebiotic added to support his gut as gut issues is one of most common health issues French bulldogs have when they are adult dogs. We love and recommend purina beta

Great for sensitive tummy’s

My boy has really enjoyed this sensitive dog food, the kibbles are all good sizes and gives him a nice variety to chomp on. I slowly introduced it into his diet and he has had no tummy issues at all which was really pleasing. He obviously finds it super tasty as he is always happy to eat when placed in front of him. I love that it is made with selected natural ingredients and has natural prebiotic to help his digestive system. It has lots of benefits that are very important for my dog’s health and happiness.

Great for sensitive tums

As an owner of two Basset hounds, good quality food is high on my priorities. Whilst my two girls are obsessed by food, they both have very sensitive tummies and one is intolerant to chicken. The salmon flavour was ideal for them both and they really enjoyed eating it. I did wonder how they would get on with the size of the pieces as they were much larger than their usual dry food but they seemed to love the extra crunch. An added bonus was that it took them a bit longer to eat! They can tend to guzzle their food and upset their tummy as a result so this was a definite positive. The packaging is nice and clear and fully recyclable too. All round, happy dogs and happy humans!

Fab food for our greyhound. She usually has issues with dry food, but 0 reactions to this one. Plus, her coat looks healthier!

My dog loves this food and has helped with her allergies!

by -

Poppy has allergies and can scratch quite a lot so we need to be very careful with her diet. Having been using beta sensitive salmon for two weeks now mixed in with her usual food, I can safely say her scratching has reduced. She also now tends to avoid her original food and pick out the beta food, so obviously Poppy enjoys it! I have also noticed her stools are much better in terms of both consistency and colour. I will certainly be continuing to purchase this in the larger 14kg bags as they are excellent value for money.

Fussy eater finally eating without the fuss

by -

My dog is a fussy eater but she loved Purina beta sensitive with Salmon.I was skeptical because of the size of the kibble but the bigger bites give an extra crunch. Really happy that they added prebiotic for a better digestion. There in nothing else to say my dog is happy and I'm happy.

A Game Changer!

Rupert has always been a fussy eater. We had changed his food twice before as he was not eating and was itching after each meal. His groomer thought he had seasonal allergies, but it was clear with the rolling around that he wasn’t tolerating the food. We weren’t planning to change his food again but he was losing weight and we felt we had no choice but to try Purina Beta, especially with the suggested healthy digestion claims. After a couple of days of trying to combine his old food and Purina, he stopped eating his old food completely and will now only eat Purina. He will now eat one meal daily, whereas before, it was difficult to get him to eat one meal in two days! His breed is renowned for having small appetites but we felt uneasy with his limited weight gain, which has already increased since introducing this new food. His stools are firmer, he goes on a regular basis and he’s not itching the amount he was. We’ve finally found a food that he likes and agrees with him!

Not an immediate hit..

There's a little bit of difference in size of the biscuits, compared to his usual brand.. so he knew from looking at his dinner bowl that something was different. However, after trying some, he realised that the flavour was almost the same, so he tucked in and cleared his bowl, as usual. I thought at first the new biscuits may have upset his stomach, as he was windier than normal.. but that turned out to be because the little girl next door had given him some blueberries, a few more than I would normally have let him have. But no harm done. Overall, I think Barney is really enjoying the Purina Beta with Prebiotic, and I see no reason to change it.

Good for sensitive stomach

by -

I’m an owner for a Labrador who has a very sensitive tummy. I found this food to be very good for him with no troubles. He seemed to enjoy it very much and we had no upset stomachs after eating. Overall after using for the length of time the bag lasted his coat seemed to shine. I was very happy with this product and the fact I could recycle the packaging too.

Pawwwfect

So we tried this and was really excited as I have a bulldog it’s known they have skin issues at times, I started using this mixed on the first day with her normal food to prevent an upset tummy, after a couple days I gave her purely purina fry food. Firstly I can’t say it helped her skin as with only a 2kg bag we only made it a week with it so couldn’t say it helped her in that sense, she seemed to enjoy the flavour though and did eat all of her meals with no tummy upsets when using purina she did struggle with the bigger biscuits having an overbite they’d fall out her mouth a lot but bully’s are messy munchers lol Overall she did enjoy it and would definitely repurchase to see if it helps her skin as it certainly helped her tummy over a longer time frame :)

Happy tummy for pooches!

So far so good 2023-07-05 13:42:37 1 2 3 4 5 I have a Bernese Mountain Dog, from being a puppy she has had such a sensitive stomach and is very prone to allergies. My current food from the vet is costing over £100 per month. I have tried other mainstream brands in the past, we are okay for a few days and then the issues start again. I have only being testing Beta Sensitive Salmond for 2 days so all I can say is so far so good however it will take another few days before I can say it’s a full swap.

For sensitive tummies

Day 1 of the new dry food & so far he appears to be enjoying it, he normally picks up the biscuits & spits them out which he did with his first bite then went straight back to the bowl & he completely cleared the bowl. Will see what he is like tomorrow after he has had to for it to go through his sensitive stomach. So far he appears to love them.
