Damaged delivery

by -

My 15kg of dog food, the bag had split in transit inside a white sack. I was not happy, complained to customer services, who arranged for replacement to be sent to me. I am happy and impressed with this company. I would recommend them to all pet owners.

Great service

by -

First class service, arrived within good time, competitively priced. Would definitely recommend to others.

Defect in bag

by -

When I received the package, the plastic bag had a hole in it and the dog food pellets had spilt out into the cardboard box.
I’m not sure how long the plastic bag had a defect in it, and I am even more worried that the quality of the pet food has been compromised if it has not been sealed properly.
Delivery was prompt and service was good though.
