It's a good food and my puppy eats it readily. No strong smell and the stool quality is excellent.

He eats it but often leaves some behind. I have to mix it with a little wet food to encourage him sometimes.

Our German shepherd loves the food. The quality is of high standard. However, I’m disappointed with the pack which I received was about to expire soon ie. March 2021. It would have been better if they sent me a fresh pack with a long date in order to keep it fresh for our puppy who eats this food only once a day.

My German Shepherd puppy loves the food, he was recently on James Wellbeloved and of course being a German Shepherd his tummy was slightly upset by this, as soon as we changed his food his stools are now perfect and regular, he is thriving! So RC German Shepherd is obviously aimed at this breed so it's good for their joints, skin and digestive system, all ilnesses this breed are prone to. The reason I didn't put him on the RC German Shepherd diet when i first got him was because I was under the impression it was going to be extremely expensive, as I know how good a food it is, and I thought the James Wellbeloved would be good enough for him! Oh how wrong I was, the food works out approx the same price! And is better! I definitely recommend Royal Canin food for any breed of dog and using Petshopbowl to buy it!

We have a German shepherd who is nearly 6 months old, from 8 weeks we have fed him a dry diet (previously eukanuba puppy large breed) and he would not entertain it unless it was mixed with meat! He constantly had a bad tummy! We started him on this at about 4 months and have had no problems since, he will eat it on its own and his tummy has settled right down! He has put on weight and really filled out, his coat is healthy too. It smells really meaty so I think that's half the battle! Highly recommended and 5*
