My cats absolutely love this food. They get excited knowing when it’s time to eat and really enjoy it. The food itself is in smaller pieces than they usually have which seems to be to their liking. We have a lovely chonky cat called Ginger who has been on a diet for over eighteen months. Despite using a vet recommended product and an increase in exercise Ginger had barely lost any weight over that period and had remained at the same weight for six months (a cuddly 7.7kg!) which was very disappointing and frustrating. I was keen to try a new product to see if it makes a difference and chose the Pro Plan Light. Ginger is most definitely enjoying his new kibbles. We didn’t even need to slowly introduce it. One thing I have noticed since changing to the Pro Plan Light is that Ginger seems to stay fuller for longer. We have had considerably less begging and crying for more food which was breaking our hearts on his old diet. I would definitely recommend this product and our lovely Ginger has certainly given his approval too. In just a month we can already see he has lost weight so will continue to buy this product.

Pro Plan light gives me reassurance that I am providing her with healthy cat nutrition and helping to keep her fit and active, reducing the risk of her gaining more weight. She loves the taste which is Turkey. The dry food is bite sized biscuits. Her coat is smooth and soft and has felt softer since she has been eating it. The bag was easy to open and has a stay fresh zip seal which helps keep her food fresh. It is definitely a paws up from her and a thumbs up from me.

We have definitely noticed the difference in our indoor cat since starting her on Pro Plan Adult 1+ Light. Upon opening the package, she was immediately interested and wanting to try it, and it was a clear favourite friom the very first bowl. We have been feeding Pro Plan for about a week now, and I can honestly say that our 3yo female cat seems more healthy. She is livelier, more inquisitive and constantly wanting to play - exactly the change we were hoping to see in her. Would highly recommend.

Rodney is a bit overweight, and also can be fussy, been trying to get him to lose weight for a while. He loves this food! Eats it straight away and doesn't mess around waiting for something different as he can do sometimes. It also seems to keep him full. As it's lower in fat I feel hopeful this will help him lose weight. I feel positive this will keep him healthy as well being full of nutritious ingredients. I like that I can seal the bag to keep the food fresh.

My chunky indoor cat is usually very picky with dried food, but she loved this. She went straight to the bowl when I opened the packet and started eating straight away. The smaller sized bites actually seem to slow her eating down a little, rather than finishing fast and asking for more, which was great. The kibbles don’t have an overpowering scent, and somehow feel more natural than other dried. As an indoor cat I worry about her being active enough, but she seems to have a bit more energy since we tried this and is playing a lot more, so that’s a double win. Will definitely keep her on this, she loves it.

I have four indoor cats, two of which are chunky and very picky with food, but they loved this.. it’s very rare that I find a dry food that they will all eat. The Turkey flavour makes a nice change from their usual light food . The pieces being smaller seemed to slow down the chunky two, and made it easier for my smaller cat to eat. There is no overpowering scent with this either, which I love! Will definitely buy this for them again

Yet to see if it helps my cat shift a few pounds but so far so good. He enjoyed the food and ate it happily. Small pieces which would be great for small cats and elderly. Nice light colour. Doesn't smell like some dry food. Love the resealable bag so that I don't have to worry about the food going soft. If this does help with my cats weight loss I will be purchasing it again.

Our cat, Mia, put on a lot of weight after being sterilised. I had already tried her with a food specifically for sterilised cats but this didn’t seem to be having any effect. I decided to try her on a light version instead and see if that helped. This food is amazing! Mia LOVES it which is obviously the most important thing - she has to actually want to eat it. She obviously does as she waits by the bowl about an hour before she gets her portion! Best of all though, her weight has gone from 5.44kg to 5.32kg in just under a month, which is brilliant progress. Really recommend this food!

My cat (4) has been eating Purina ProPlan ever since she was kitten and she loves it. As an owner I wanted to buy the best quality food for her and this is the best, recommended by vets, but works out as cheap as some supermarket brands when buying in 10kg bags. Speedy delivery from PetShop as always. Will order again

Have only just switched to Purina Pro Plan Light from Royal Canin due to price and my boy seems to love it!

Cat previously ate wet food but easily switched over to the dry biscuits and loves it.

Keeps my big boy from becoming a bigger boy!! He loves these biscuits, but l have to measure them out each day for him, goodness knows what would happen if he managed to get into the sack??!

Price of this product has gone up lately but this is still the cheapest place to get it, delivery service is great too especially with a Saturday delivery option

Great product for the price, all 3 of my cats eat this and my vet even commented that it contributes to the great condition they are in. Highly recommend this product to others.

Great service get my delivery every 8 weeks always put it in a safe place for me when they deliver. My cats love their food, can’t wait for breakfast or tea time they always know when we are going to feed them on the plus side they have lost weight and look healthier being on this food

My cats love this kibble it’s filling and low in fat so the pounds don’t creep on like the normal pro plus. Great for house cats and over weight too. Give it a go, but remember when changing there food always start mixing it with there old kibble slowly adding more until totally swapped over, then you will not upset there tummies. Fantastic kibble I will be buying again.The only drawback is Needs more flavours in this product to keep the variety and interest going...

Bertie can't get enough of these biscuits! Vet put him on these 'cos he's rather a large boy. He's been on these a while now and the vet says his weight is stable!

The Cat's a big lad...the Vet said too big, therefore we put him on this calorie controlled food. He loves it...keeps his weight down. PetShop.co.uk always seem cheapest with pretty quick free delivery...no would recommend highly.

Our vet recommended putting one of our cats onto this as a means of weight control. He absolutely loves it, as do our other cats, and he's not aware that he's eating a 'diet' version. The 10kg bag is great value for money and much better than having to continually buy smaller bags.

Changed to this light Proplan as our 4 cats were getting a little tubby and am pleased to say they enjoy this as much as their previous favourite, the salmon flavour. Will get them weighed at next checkup to see if it's helping. PS the dogs love it too when they get a sneaky chance to steal it from the cat bowls

My cats are fussy eaters and i was a bit dubious as to whether they would like it, however the minute i put it down, tjey wete straight in their bowls. Comes in a large bag which suits our circumstances and at a reasonable cost. Kibble is a good size for cats which is good for their teeth. Easy to feed although a good measuring cup would be good to assist with the potion size. Overall a Fabulous product

I have 3 cats who are all on this food and have been for many years now - which is a good thing for cats. Good value and consistent in quality. Would recommend for those housecats that are a little less active!
