I recently switched my cats to the 'full fat' 7+ after they had spent the last few months on the light version. Both have lost weight and are now much healthier. I am mixing 50/50 at the moment while we transition and they are really enjoying it. Obviously this one is higher calorie and so a bit more oily and I am noticing they are less thirsty than they were when they were eating purely the light variety.
