Bursting with goodness
Protein-rich - it’s just proper chicken and some added minerals. Chicken liver is nutrient dense providing a rich source of vitamin A. Easy to digest and highly palatable.
Grain-free - we don’t add any grains to this recipe, so it’s great for dogs with sensitive tummies.
Gently steamed - we add a little water to help cook everything slowly and at a low temperature to retain all the natural goodness.
Daily feeding guide

Complementary pet food for dogs 2 months+
Just add to a quality mixer biscuit for a balanced meal or use as a tasty topper with dry food. You can also mix it with fibre filled vegetables and carbohydrates such as brown rice and potatoes. When using Forthglade for the first time, introduce it gradually to your dog over five days. It’ll take between four to eight weeks to see the benefits. Storage: Pop in the fridge after opening and use within 48 hours. Like most good food, it’s tastiest at room temperature. Make sure fresh drinking water is always available.

We mainly feed a raw food diet and we like this as it is has a high meat content - 90%, is grain free and mixed with "health boosting minerals and just a little water for gentle steam cooking". It is slightly wet - like a dry pate. We have a fussy dog and he can't wait to tuck in. Great for taking on holidays when wet raw food is not easy to transport and keep Note: it is recommended that you add a mixer for a complete balanced diet, such as a baked biscuit type to provide carbs and fibre.
