I was let down by another supplier and ordered the Burns dog food. It arrived 3 days later. I was kept informed of the ongoing delivery situation and indue course was advised of the delivery day and time window. The parcel arrived as advised, undamaged with just sufficient packaging. I will use PetShop again..

John Burns was recommended to me a few years ago for previous dogs . It suited them very well and has a good smell ! We have had labradors, both in the past and at present, it seems to suit their tummies, dishes left clean. Can't fault it, if you are looking for a good brand to suit your dogs digestion, get a small bag and give it a try.

Searching for a low fat dry dog food (for my lab/springer who has suffered pancreatitus) I saw this recommended on "Allaboutdogfood" review site. A petshop owner in Porlock had also mentioned it, he used it for his working dogs. I am so impressed by the condition and "low waste output" for monty, he is sleek, really fit, for a six year old labx he looks great. My retriever and working cocker spaniel also on it now, really suits them, they are fit, good condition, great coats, energy, really recommend it. And as I said less poop to pick, always a bonus! A great price too from Vetshop with a subscription.

I started to use Burns Chicken&Brown Rice for my lab x after he suffered a bout of Pancreatitus as the vet recommended low fat dog food. He is very healthy on it, shiny, good condition, good weight, very pleased. I have started my other dogs on it now too, My retriever and cocker. An added bonus is low poop output which is always welcome with three dogs! ( it also has good reviews on the AllaboutDogFood site if anyone looks at that even with the rice content.

I love Burns dog food. I have always fed my dogs on dried Burns food, mainly the chicken and rice and lamb and rice. My dogs( have had 6 now), German shepherds and golden retrievers have always been fit and healthy and lived to a good old age. Would highly recommend the range - including the puppy food.
