Product Excellent, But Crushed During Delivery

I ordered two 15kg bags of dog food and 1 box of 1.5 kg Markies. All items were packed in a single sack which, when opened, revealed the Markies totally crushed by the large bags of dog food. I have no complaints about the products but the packing was not adequate to protect the Markies during transit.
