It is made to support joint care in senior dogs by added glucosamine, chondroitin and fish oil. Also supports your aging pet's immune system by added antioxidant vitamins A, E & C and citrus extracts. The main ingredient is cereals - not very digestible for dogs - diets with a meat main ingredient are much healthier. The next biggest ingredient is 'meat and animal derivatives' which means various meats and animal body parts - not the best meat source. The diet contains no artificial colourants or flavours, but does include preservatives. Overall, the diet is complete so has everything your senior dog needs, but some ingredients may not be digestible enough and the diet does not have a recipe as good as other brands.
