Great as treats

by

Due to the small amount you get and price point, I use these as treats and as a training tool with my dog instead of a meal. They are pellet-shaped and they have a softness to them which is different to the food he's used to. They also smell a lot more than their other dog foods, so I put these in an air-tight container. Just like the COYA treats, he scoffs them down, however, they have 10% less meat in them compared to the treats. These have 80% fish, but that is still good quality food.

Fussy eaters absolutely love it!

by

My dogs are quite fussy eaters so I was unsure if they were going to like this, however they absolutely love it and because it is of such high quality you end up weighing out less compared to cheaper foods that are filled with Ash and other horrible stuff your dog cannot digest, this is made from all natural quality ingredients, I have noticed a big difference in the shine to my dogs coats after they have been on this food, when you work it out in the long run it is worth buying a quality food like this to avoid those vets bills and to keep your dogs healthy and happy, the food is extremely well packaged and sealed also I can definitely recommend this product and will be buying it from now on

Very fishy

by

This food has a very strong fish smell. Don't get me wrong my dog loves it, but it can be a little off-putting.

Brilliant quality food

by

Brilliant quality food. I use as treats rather than a meal, well loved by all the dogs I walk

Tail wags whenever I reach for the box

by

My dog loves this food and happily wags his tail anytime I reach for the box. The smell is very strong and gross but considering it is raw food I don’t think you could expect anything else.

Our pupper loved this

by

Our pupper loved this, it has a strongish smell- that is ideal for if they need that extra persuasion to eat. The ingredients show it to be of a good quality, which is reflected in the price. This did result in smaller poops as it is of a better quality with less waste.

Better suited as a treat

by

Having two Welsh sheepdogs, I decided to give the COYA freeze-dried dog food a try. The food's composition, being 80% fish and 20% fruit and vegetables, initially impressed me. It's reassuring to feed my dogs a diet rich in natural ingredients, devoid of unnecessary additives and preservatives. The texture is somewhat similar to kibble but noticeably lighter, and it has a strong fishy scent that my dogs find irresistible. While I find the smell a bit overpowering, it's worth it seeing how much they enjoy it. However, I quickly realised that this food might be better suited as a treat rather than their main diet, primarily due to the cost. With two active Welsh sheepdogs, the quantity provided in each pack doesn't quite justify the price for regular feeding. It's a shame because they really do love it, but it's not economically feasible for me to use it as their staple food. So, while the COYA dog food is nutritionally sound and a big hit with my dogs, its high price point makes it more suitable for occasional treats rather than a sustainable daily feeding option for my two.

I have three dogs and they all really like them

I bought these to supplement my dogs diet of Chicken to provide nutritional extras.. I have three dogs and they all really like them. Will be buying again. Well worth the extra money given the natural ingredients with no added rubbish.
