Very impressed with the whole process of ordering to delivery. Our vet recommended Chappie for our boys, this is an excellent price, can't find it cheaper anywhere, so always buy two bags. The package is wrapped so it arrived securely. Highly recommend using the petshop.co.uk, you will not be disappointed.

Couldn't be bettered. Ordered one day, on the doorstep the next. Safely transported in boxes, the 15kg bags were in perfect condition on arrival and the expiry date was 16 months ahead. So refreshing to get service like this after an utterly miserable experience with another (non)supplier, having to wait for almost three weeks for the same product from a company taking orders and money for stock they didn't have, and issuing a false dispatch date and a fake delivery tracking number for DPD who reported that the number didn't exist and they had never taken the instruction! VetShop are at the other end of the spectrum for service and value and you will find them pleasant and helpful on the phone. I struck gold when I found VetShop and have just placed my second order. Thank you VetShop.

I have tried lots of different dog food over the years and although I believe dogs need a premium food when puppies I now feed my 2 dogs chappie complete. They absolutely love it and I believe it is also a good quality dog food. Don’t be put off by the price thinking it’s cheap therefore rubbish. It’s excellent dog food. Both my dogs thrive on it. The fact that it is cheaper than most dogs foods is a bonus especially if you have two large dogs to feed. I paid £27 last time due to shortages at this difficult time but it’s now back to £19.99 for 15 kg. This is the cheapest price on the market. I should also say pet shop have improved their delivery times and it came within 2 days. What a great service. I will definitely be sticking with this website and recommending my friends.

Our previous dog had been fine on some of the top rated (and expensive) brands of dog food and when we got our Staffie we gave her the same but she found it too rich. Having spoken with our vet about her problematic tummy it was suggested we try her on Chappie. That was eight years ago and we have never been so grateful for a piece of advice. Our latest batch arrived extremely promptly and we're really grateful to PetShop. Co for the quick delivery and their friendly and courteous service. Our Staffie was delighted to see the bags arriving as we had completely run out. She loves it, thrives on it and that's the best recommendation of all.

very good service had food in plenty time due to lock down

I have used this company for the first time recently and whilst one bag was damaged in transit (Not their fault) they were super quick to ensure another bag was sent out immediately and in view of the current situation we have in the country, I could not be more surprised at how fast it arrived.

Delivery was longer but that was expected. Delivery driver kindly left the bags at the back door as self isolating, so was easier as the bags are heavy.
