Pleased with the clumping quality of this product until recently. Emailed the Vet shop about this and Jo immediately contacted the supplier and resolved the issue. The last delivery was back to its normal clumping standards. Excellent customer service from Jo and the Vet Shop.

Very good product clumps well

After trying all the clumping litter there is this is the best only downside is its heavy so delivery price is high but this is down to the carrier not vetshop, I have four cats and use one very large enclose litter tray sift it every night into a carrier bag and tie it up takes five mins to do it does leave a trail but thats something most do so all in all a good product,Clumps very well.

Not great I'm afraid. Very very heavy and although it does clump even with lifting out soiled clumps daily it has no odour control so needed changing after 3 days. It's a heavy clay so I really don't want to have to change the whole tray that often. Won't buy again.

Love the clumping makes cleaning the trays much easier.

Attach handle is there any way you could attach a handle to the top?

I found this product to be totally unusable. It was more dust than litter, and there were some splinters of wood and plastic mixed in. Although it presented as good value, and seemed to receive good reviews, I would not be fooled again by this, and certainly do not recommend it to other owners.

Pleased with my regular order, however I don't benifit when there are offers on the product I regularly order.

The product is poor to be honest. It doesn't clump as well as other clumping products, thesefore the price rating is reflected by this. I don't mind paying as long as it does what it's meant to. However, delivery and service was excellent, just disappointed with the product.

Have used this product before & due to Covid-19 situation I was looking to order online.Goods arrived quickly with no problems & free delivery was a deciding factor in the purchase.

Great clumping letter easy to clean. Delivery took a little longer than usual but understandable eith Covid 19 impact hurt grateful it arrived
