Halti Walking Harness

I bought this harness for my elderly Dobermann Pinscher who no longer pulls but is suffering from wobbler syndrome. As this is caused by an instability of the neck vertebrae I hoped that its progress might be slowed by eliminating the traction on the neck region caused by attaching a lead to a collar.
My impression is that there was an initial improvement in my dog's mobility and I suspect that a recent deterioration would have been more rapid had I continued using a collar or halter.
The Halti walking harness is very easy to fit and adjust and the dog seems to find it comfortable, but I would not recommend it for a large dog which pulled unless the handler was very fit and strong!
