Supa Premium Lantern Seed Feeder Black By Supa

Very pleased overall, but still not able to work out how to put the bird seed into the lantern, so for now it remains empty, much to the birds disappointment.

Unable to unscew this item to put bird food in it! Tried to call today Saturday but no reply - maybe they aren't available at weekends??!!
I don't think it was particularly cheap for what it is so would expect great quality. Have tried emailing to obtain replacement, do not wish to pay to return it.
