Shame about yodel

My dogs love these biscuits. However I considering changing my order to same brand muesli. The staff are always polite and willing to help and answer my questions if I had needed a question answered. You send the package out on time. However, shame about Yodel. I am sure you have a contract with the company for next day delivery, but that rarely happens. My dogs went without biscuits for 2 days recently. The package was out to be delivered on one day and I tracked it... Observed the van was only a mile away in the next village.... But he turned away until he was 5 miles away and then the tracker was turned off and the package not delivered. However, the next day my delivery was subsequently on a different van and delivered.
