Poor Quality Kong Product

This is the second ball purchased and being a Kong you would think 'Strong and Tough'. The second one lasted 1 hour after being replaced and the first one slightly longer. This is no fault of Vet Shop who I have always found to be competitive in the market and a pleasure to deal with.
I am only talking about a medium sized 6mth old puppy. Kong needs to up its game.
