Excellent service during trying times.

My cat wont eat anything else. Cant fault the service and regularity of deliveries, but why has the price gone up? Its cheaper in the supermarket but of course the advantage of PetShop is a regular delivery and I dont have to risk going out as I'm a vulnerable adult.

This was my first time using the Vet Shop and I was extremely pleased with the service. Gentleman I spoke with over the phone was very polite and helpful. I even received a courtesy email to say my cat food delivery would be slightly delayed due to supplier delay, which was great. Either Next day or day after I was notified that my delivery had been sent, received time window and the cat food arrived within the delivery time frame, well packed. I will definitely use Vet Shop again and recommend. Thank you.
