The service from PetShop.co.uk was excellent and the price seems good. The product was as advertised but as our cat is finishing food from an older order I cannot comment on his enthusiasm, or otherwise, for this product yet hence only the 4 stars for the product at the moment.

My cat has just realised he likes fish after all and at the moment meat is off the menu! He is really enjoying his new menu and I will be reordering.

My cat loves fishy food and even though I have tried other meat flavours, he is not really interested, so a nice big box like this is very economical as I know it is something he will eat!

Disappointed with my delivery this time as 4 or 5 sachets were bust causing the cat food to go over the whole box

I have 5 cats who are quite fussy, but luckily they all LOVE this food! Delivery was super quick too, which I was pleased about as this was my first order with this company. Will definitely be ordering again :)

Quick delivery - easy to use ordering - my cats love this variety.

I placed my first order when there was a soecial offer on cat food. Easy to place the order and delivery was quick. Not the company's fault at all, but the DHL driver was most unhelpful with where I wanted the heavy boxes placed. I am a senior and can't lift the heavy boxes.

At last we have found a secure and regular provider of food for our fussy cat. Ordering is clear and easy and with a wide range of makers and varieties. Delivery is quick and efficient and packaging is good.

A simple, effective process and very good value for money.

The cat food is usually delivered ok but this is the second time that there has been a problem.
1st time delivered to wrong house well away from my sons house.

2nd time was 21 Sept. The parcel was put over a 6ft fence with a similar drop on the other side onto a concrete patio. The bottom box split and most of the cat pouches in it split too. The delivery instructions from me are to leave in porch at door. My son is an invalid and cant get to the door quickly. Most of the drivers leave it on the porch and wait for my son to appear and wave to them.
We usually dont have any problems with yodel but recently there has been. This last one in pareticular as most of a cotents in one of the boxes have been destroyed.

Cannot fault the service arrived quickly when stated

One fussy cat is very happy with this food.

In these unprecedented times I’ve been very impressed by the speedy delivery from Petshop. Most things are cheaper than supermarkets or other pet stores and the customer service is great. We’re trying the subscribe option of 120 pouches every 4 weeks. Will be looking at ordering treats etc on same basis.

Much better delivery time, maybe your despatch and warehousing people have come to realise that 5day delivery is not acceptable. Please God this isn't a one off.

Pouches often arrived split the quality is not the same. It's not even ocean feasts and our cat is now ill. They often won't eat and it makes them sick. Checked other websites and found similar reviews. It isn't what you get in the supermarket.

Well the cats keep eating it and leave clean bowls. Why change?
