Poor service if you need to talk to someone in a hurry forget it!

I'm sure the dog food is great quality but your service is shocking I have been trying to cancel a subscription for adult food that I placed in error I want puppy food. I spent over an hour in a queue on the phone and got no answer so I emailed got a reply 2 days later but you still haven't cancelled my subscription and I want to place another order for the correct food.

Excellent product at a very good price. My golden retriever loves it and I would not use any other brand. I have placed an automatic re order every 6 weeks so I dont have to worry about running out.

My dogs love this. I have 4 working huskies and using this dry food mixed with raw seems to be a winner. Good firm poop as well :)

Ok, he's a 5year old golden lab so he'll eat anything, but this does make his coat shine. Tried other working dog foods and the cheaper brands but always come back to the Eukanuba. The Petshop price you cant beat anywhere else and the girls in the office have always sorted out any issues. Keep up the good work guys.

2 dogs both rotties both 1.6 yrs old have been brought up with the Eukanuba range so far and the absolutely love it plus it's full of good products wee bit expensive but well worth it .

I have 2x beautiful long haired German Shepard's and a big cheeky Newfoundland who thinks he is a lap dog. They are healthy, energetic, happy dogs. Love Eukanuba. My dog has been on it since he was 10 weeks and its the food that works best. When our local Pets at Home burnt down i had to take to online to find somewhere that delivered and I'm glad i did. Lot cheaper and delivered to the door. Great website that we'll continue to use.
