INSTRUCTIONS
For oral administration only.
For dogs weighing:
20-35kg = 1 tablet
>35-52.5kg = 1.5 tablets
>52.5-70kg = 2 tablets
How often should I worm my dog?
Research has shown that the majority of dogs in the UK should be wormed monthly, based on their home environment and lifestyle such as scavenging, spending time outdoors off their lead and even access to back gardens.* However, there may be situations where less frequent treatment is required and it’s best to speak to your vet about the most appropriate worming frequency for your dog.

Below is a guide to help assess the most appropriate treatment frequency for your dog:
INGREDIENTS
Each tablet contains 525mg febantel, 175mg pyrantel (equivalent to 504mg pyrantel embonate) and 175mg praziquantel.
Pack size: 1 tablet
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Not for use in dogs weighing less than 7 kg.
Do not use in pregnant dogs during the 1st and 2nd third of pregnancy. A single treatment during the last third of pregnancy or during lactation has been demonstrated safe.
Keep out of sight and reach of children and wash hands after use.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.

Drontal worming tablets my vet recommends great product

I have used Drontal worming tablets for worming my three cocker spaniel dogs for many years this is the brand of wormier that my vet recommends I have always found that they work very well, some other brand types of worming tablets I have used In the past my dogs have been sick with them, this is why I recommened Drontal Plus XL worming tablets.

Have been using these worming tablets for my 2 dogs for a couple of years now none of them have any sign of worms I used to use wormers from the vets which usually cost about £20 for 3 months now I spend about £12 and they do the same job healthy happy dogs really pleased

The only problem I have with worming tablets is the size and the taste .
We have tried putting them in meat , cheese etc but the dogs spit them out , we have crushed them but they still detect the tablet .
I know they are supposed to be a flavour the dogs like , we will have to go back to breaking them in half and putting them at the back of their throat .

The tablets are quite big and my dog won’t take them willingly. I tend to have to chop them into 4s and stuff them in bits of cheese. Does the job though. Never had a problem with the effectiveness of the tablets.
