SPECIFIC FRW Weight Reduction is a complete, balanced veterinary wet diet for cats with a low energy density and high fibre content, formulated to support safe and effective weight loss while helping to manage related conditions. Indicated for obesity, diabetes mellitus, colitis, chronic diarrhoea, constipation, hyperlipidaemia and cholestasis. Not recommended for young kittens or pregnant or lactating queens with a high energy need. Use under veterinary supervision.

During a weight reduction programme, it is recommended to feed only 65% of the advised quantity of SPECIFIC FRW Weight Reduction for normal cats. If the cat does not lose weight, it may be necessary to further reduce the daily intake. In obese cats, fasting or too rapid weight reduction should be avoided as this may cause hepatic lipidosis. Daily individual requirements may vary depending on breed, environment, season and activity, so it is advisable to continue monitoring condition and body weight and adjust the amount fed accordingly. 1 canflex with 100g SPECIFIC FRW Weight Reduction can replace 23g SPECIFIC FRD Weight Reduction.
